N&D provides proactive expert advice on a wide range of development issues. We help our clients navigate through the increasingly complex and ever changing planning system, providing clear, considered and reliable advice based on a detailed knowledge of local, regional and national planning policy, in order to achieve a successful outcome; on design, time and within our clients budgets.

Waste management - Sustainability

At N&D we care about the impact of our operations on the environment, we adhere to a strict environmental policy and take active measures in key areas such as waste and fuel consumption. Working in partnership with our waste supplier, we ensure that our waste is separated prior to disposal and then recycled, we also promote through the company the importance of the reduction of energy consumption and materials harmful to the environment both in our office and out on site.

• CSCS scheme for health and safety (All employees certified and accredited) first aider and emergency first aiders
• SMSTS site managers certificate for the construction and civil engineering industries

Certificates will be provided for the building regulations on completion as well as NIC inspection and testing certificate for electrics, Gas safe for any plumbing work involving mains gas disconnections, OFTEC for any plumbing work that involves oil, Certass for UPVC windows installations.
